We are innovative
The club has an innovative outlook and involves its young people and the wider community in management and decision-making. The club’s youth council runs the whole organisation. The association has machines of every kind and size. Everyone who visits the club will always find something to start getting to know the machines.
Experienced team
We have been running for three years now, and all the small kinks have been worked out. We can say we are already something of specialists in this field.
Proper tools
The garage has most of what we need to repair anything that breaks, and our inventory keeps growing. We invest a lot in creating good working conditions

Kiired Putukad – a youth technology club in Saaremaa
Kiired Putukad is a youth technology club in Valjala, Saaremaa. Our non-profit gives young people aged 3–26 hands-on experience with technology. In our club you can ride ATVs, motocross bikes and other machines in a closed area under an instructor’s supervision. Young people also learn to service and repair machines.

Our goal is to offer meaningful free time to young people in Saaremaa. Children interested in technology find friends, instructors and the courage to try new things. Local businesses and the municipality support our youth technology club, which keeps participation affordable for many.
Our youth technology club: aims and values
We want to share experience in technology and teach safe riding. Young people lead their own activities and the direction of the club. So everyone can have a say in what we do and which events we organise. Besides riding, we hold technical camps, meetups and workshop days.
